The NGE polymer is highlighted for its high abrasion resistance, low friction coefficient, excellent chemical resistance, and approval for direct food contact. It's used in slat chains and modular belting products and is readily available as it is locally manufactured.
Our HPP series is specifically designed for extended wear life and resistance to high temperatures and abrasion. This series is particularly suited for industrial baking and other high-heat applications, offering significant improvements in durability and efficiency. The HPP products are lighter than traditional steel, reducing wear on machinery and energy consumption, and they do not conduct heat but dissipate it, further enhancing their performance in demanding environments.
Our NPE Polymer is specifically formulated to function optimally at sub-zero temperatures, making it ideal for the food processing industry. This polymer can withstand temperatures as low as -70°C and is used in products like modular belts. It is noted for its strength, durability, and suitability for direct food contact. The NPE Modular Belts come in Flat Top and Open Top/Flush Grid applications.
LFADB polymer, specifically formulated to be metal-free for applications in metal-detecting conveyor lines. Our XLF polymer is specifically engineered to offer significantly reduced wear and an exceptionally low coefficient of friction. This material is ideal for high-output applications at moderate to high speeds, especially in dry-running glass handling where abrasion and high wear are common. The XLF polymer is used in both slat chains and modular belting products and is available in anthracite/silver grey, ensuring great bottle stability and transfer.

Our UHTP composite is designed for high heat applications like shrink wrapper machines. The UHTP belts offer numerous advantages over traditional wire-mesh belts, including higher temperature operation over 200°C, reduced heat retention, no fraying, and resistance to sticking, which prevents product damage and buildup. Our RubberTop (VG) belt solutions are designed for incline, decline, and general conveying applications where additional grip is necessary. Our Raised Rib RR2540-1000 Series, is a versatile 1-inch pitch belt designed for applications in the beverage, packaging, and food industries. The belt features a 40% open area with special Click-Comb finger plates for smooth transfers on accumulation tables, depalletizers, and discharge tables. It also offers narrow executions suitable for single-line applications and packaging machines.
Our new 3800-square-meter factory, completed in November 2023, is a testament to our dedication to local manufacturing. Our facility strengthens our position as the largest local manufacturer of conveyor components in the Southern Hemisphere.

Our new factory boasts a solar system comprised of 340 panels and 2 x 100kWh batteries. This system allows our workshop to run entirely off the grid and is not affected by power supply issues, ensuring our customers have on-time delivery and minimal delays. This system also significantly reduces energy consumption and our carbon footprint.
Our Molding Division also benefits from 45% solar power, ensuring continued production efficiency and a reduced carbon footprint.
Our advanced manufacturing facility, with over 60 dedicated employees, features a specialized workshop equipped with multiple CNC machines, a dedicated moulding section housing 10 injection moulding machines and an assembly area for constructing modular belts, chains, and conveyor components. Additionally, our extensive stores area houses over 10,000 stock products which are readily available for urgent situations. This ensures our customers receive the best service, delivery and pricing at all times.
